Due to restructuring within the leagues Marple 1st XV have secured promotion into South Lancs Cheshire 2.

 

That promotion added to the 3rd XV’s league promotion and our 2nd XV position within the top half of their league – the season 2008 / 9 has indeed been a success.

 

CONGRATULATIONS!! to the three Captains and ALL players involved throughout the year.

 

That’s the good news … now here’s the bad UNLESS you get fit and strong….next season will bring a whole lot of  PAIN!! So…..
